Dried off and room temperature
Montreal steak spice. Amount? A LOT.
Marinating in some olive oil, fresh herbs (rosemary, oregano), salt & pepper.
Fresh garden potatoes & cauliflower, mashed with rosemary, sour cream, a bit of sharp cheddar…mixed and baked in the oven for a few more minutes to melt it up nicely.
Baked at 275 F until they were 125 degrees. Rest for 15 minutes.
Fried up the halloumi…I could eat this as my meal alone.
Totally forgot my cast iron pan had ridges…oopsie. Made for some nice grill marks though.
