Use a boot horn I’ve always been a fan of Ariat work boots, so when it was time for new boots I figured you can’t go wrong with Ariat. Well no surprise, these boots are built to last and great for hot weather and out door work. The down side is that the shaft is all leather no lining which makes the boot hard to slip on. It’s nothing a good pair of boot hooks won’t fix. The toe box is wide enough so my toes don’t rub against the steel toe, nice arch support definitely like that they’re made for working…
Recently switched from Justin boots due to decreasing quality. I was unable to find another pair of American made boots at the same price point. Have owned Ariats before (Chinese made) and they have been ok for the money. Finish on these boots is good and the quality feels there, but these things KILL my feet. The length is good, but the steel toe is simply too narrow. I have always worn a 9.5-10 and never a width beyond a D (even in Ariat). Maybe I should have gone wider? Maybe they are better…
