Oh, drama! It seems celebrity sportscaster Erin Andrews and college basketball star Marshall Henderson don’t share much mutual admiration right now.
Our story starts with Twitter, as many do during the sports slow season.
On Wednesday, news broke that Henderson had been suspended indefinitely from the Ole Miss basketball team, reportedly for failing multiple drug tests.
The Rebels star is one of the most polarizing figures in college sports, revered by some fans, loathed by others and perplexing to all. He taunts opposing student sections, trash-talks on a pro level and once tried to use counterfeit bills to buy more than two ounces of marijuana. He also uses Twitter to tout his beer pong skills and is a gold mine for sarcasm.
In March, Henderson mocked Florida Gators fans with a rendition of their “Gator Chomp” salute during a big win for his team. Andrews — who dealt with death threats on Twitter in October — was a member of the dance team at the University of Florida before progressing to sports media superstardom. She remains a Gators fans, and it seems she couldn’t help but throw shade at Henderson on Twitter.

Word of Andrews’ tweet found its way to Henderson, who promised sweet retribution.
@ErinAndrews ima save that and you will be the first person ill mock

Was Andrews wrong for gloating over a college kid’s failed drug test, or is the interaction just a harmless part of what makes sports so entertaining on Twitter? Give us your take in the comments.
