I appreciate the integrity of the fishermen catching this tuna but taste and texture matter just as much to me at this price. The tuna was a large whole chunk in a delicious oil that I used, as instructed, rather than toss out like I usually do with olive oil-packed Trader Joe’s solid albacore.
