What the heck is flubber? Think back to the 1997 Robin Williams movie of the same name, Flubber. It was actually a remake of the classic The Absent Minded Professor from 1961. Well now you can make your own Flubber with this awesome recipe.
Kids love this stuff and its a great inexpensive alternative to going out and buying your child a new toy. Just make some flubber! Or better yet, this could be a project that both you and your child engage in. The entire family will love it! This is a great project to work on while snowed in or if you just want family time together to get away from the heat.
What you will need is cold water, glue (like Elmers), hot water, food coloring and Borax. Very simple ingredients, right?
All it takes is three easy steps and you and your child are on your way to some major flubber play time! Not to mention it really is fun and educational for you and your child to make together.
