Like, zero-point-zero question.
JAY has been teasing the album on social media, giving us minimal information and MAXIMUM FONT SIZE.
In his song Family Feud, JAY raps,
He also addresses theinfamous fight with Beyonc’s sister, Solange, in an elevator. In a leaked videotape, Solange was caught kicking and clawing at the rapper while Beyonc stood by.

These are just two little examples, and fans are having a ball drawing their own connections.
Regarding the title , JAY explained to iHeartRadio it came to him, literally, in his sleep.
4:44′ is a song that I wrote, and it’s the crux of the album, just right in the middle of the album. And I woke up, literally, at 4:44 in the morning, 4:44 a.m., to write this song. So, it became the title of the album and everything. It’s the title track because it’s such a powerful song, and I just believe one of the best songs I’ve ever written.
It’s also the track that tackles his infidelity most directly. Lyrics include:
And if my children knew / I don’t even know what I would do / If they ain’t look at me the same / I would probably die with all the shame / You did what with who?’ / What good is a mnage trois when you have a soulmate? / You risked that for Blue?’
WOW, GUESS I’LL EAT MY FEELINGS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK AND CALL MY MOM.
You can listen to the album and catch all the feels exclusively on Tidal.
