Plot Twist: The Greatest Restaurant Ever

The restaurant is called Signs (caption pun, anyone?), located in Toronto. The entire staff is composed of deaf people who communicate with sign language. When you order, you are encouraged to sign what you desire to eat.

I fully expect this to be reposted and I don't mind in the least. This is a fantastic idea and I hope the word gets out and the business grows.

EDIT: I see a few people complaining. In hindsight, I would probably avoid the superlatives and title this "Plot Twist: A Great Restaurant Idea", but we're stuck with the title now. Jury's still out on the food, but the heartbeat is what interests me.
