@Sebelius Uhm, then why did your boss invent it?

We haven’t heard much about those apocalyptic sequester cuts during the president’s most recent vacation, but with school starting again, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius wants America to know that the cuts (which were the president’s idea) have cost 57,000 children a place in Head Start.
@Sebelius They were told to "make cuts as painful as possible." That's how it goes. Find the person who's idea it was to begin with.

Fewer children will be attending Head Start — that’s good news, right? Despite billions of dollars of investment, an extensive Head Start Impact Study showed that “positive effects of the program were minimal and vanished by the end of first grade.”

Numbers show Head Start doesn't improve math OR reading “@Sebelius: READ: The numbers are in: sequestration cuts 57000 kids from Head Start”

@Sebelius maybe the prex's dog needs to take the train

There’s a thought: maybe if Bo Obama took the train and not a private jet to his family’s next vacation destination, a few kids could attend Head Start.
