NOTE: that this series of FOX FIRE was acquired by the seller, because as a Special Forces Soldier stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC, this was required reading and study. While being an anthropological and folklore essential, the lessons learned in this series is especially helpful for those in our society who may find themselves, “lost in the woods”, or at least operating unsupported in the wilderness, as soldiers sometimes do.

Picture is Deciving The picture for this is deceiving. My dad has been looking for these books for a while and I wanted to find ones that looked like the picture on the posting since those are what he remembers from his childhood. That is not what I received in the mail. The books have very different covers and I’m not sure if the inside content has been changed or updated (since I’ve never read the books and have not given them to my dad yet).
