In his ISIS strategy outlined Wednesday night, President Obama vowed to hunt Islamic State militants “wherever they exist.” The “magic word” militants — like the magic word terror — didn’t impress actor John Cusack, who said to “stay tuned” as the world finds itself held hostage by the president’s words.
