So much more than recipes! Gabriel Miller (Plant Based Gabriel) overcame his struggles with weight and health by researching and eating a Whole Foods, Plant Based (WFPB) diet. I first heard about him on Facebook, where his recipe blogs came up often and wasted no time in subscribing. Many of those recipes are here in this book.
